How this ledger is verified

Every certificate on this page is issued by PropScholar Private Limited (CIN U85499JH2026PTC027330) when a payout completes. The certificate is generated from the payment record itself — the name, amount, and date are written into the image at issue time and stored with a unique verification code.
Scanning a certificate's QR code — or entering its code above — queries our live payout records at that moment. The verification page renders what the records say, not what the image says. A certificate that fails this check was not issued by us.
Payouts settled in crypto include a transaction ID that can be checked on a public blockchain, independently of PropScholar. Payouts are processed within 4 hours of a successful evaluation pass — against an industry norm of 8–48 hours.
